Awakening Your Potential

Honouring and Nurturing your Physical Body

This one day intensive workshop offers a wealth of information to help you reclaim responsibility for your physical body.

  • Learn how to become empowered by the foods which nourish and promote well-being, providing us with the energy to fulfil our potential.
  • Also learn about those foods which cause stress and tiredness, subsequently manifesting as ill-health and dis-ease at an emotional and physical level.
  • We will look at the benefits of ‘8 glasses’ of water a day, and why most of us have lost our natural thirst mechanism.
  • Explore the wonderful range of wholefoods available together with the benefits of eating with the seasons, and organic versus non-organic produce.
  • Understand the basics of food labelling.
  • Why dieting does not work.
  • Find out how cleansing the body safely and sensibly, with simple detox routines and supportive techniques, can uplift your emotions and give you the clarity you need to make changes in your life.
  • Experience a fun interactive session with an abundance of meal ideas and recipes to help you design your own personal menu planner, suiting your individual time and lifestyle needs.
  • See how supplements can be used meaningfully to ‘bridge the gap’, providing us with minerals and vitamins often missing in our food chain.
  • Integrating the knowledge gathered so far, we will finish the day by considering the other aspects which constitute a balanced lifestyle, including exercise, pursuing your passions, quiet time etc.

This workshop knowledge aims to give you the foundation from which to build, enabling you to create the changes you need with informed choice and confidence.
